Katherine VanderWood, DVM

Dr. Katie VanderWood joined the Seidl team in August 2019, after practicing as an associate veterinarian in Jackson, MI for the last five years. She grew up in Middleville, MI before attending Michigan State University for both her undergraduate studies and her DVM degree. Her special interests include preventative care, behavior, and internal medicine.

In her spare time, Dr. VanderWood enjoys spending time with her Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Scout, doing agility work, and going hiking. She also has a feisty cat named Finn, who is affectionately referred to as “Fluffy Trouble." With her recent move back to West Michigan, Dr. VanderWood looks forward to spending more time with her family and friends.
